The 2021 Porsche Carrera Cup GB season gets underway this weekend as Archie Hamilton and Brookspeed Racing head to Snetterton. The Norfolk based circuit is set to deliver its various challenges as the drivers contend with its complex layout of fast straights and tight corners.
Having headed to the circuit prior to the start of the race weekend for testing, a successful day for Archie and the team has fuelled them with both excitement and confidence ahead of the first two rounds in Hamilton’s campaign.
With only one day out on track before free practice sessions on Friday morning and afternoon, Archie was able to familiarise himself with the car and push hard.
With the new pink and purple livery of Archie’s car, he’ll be sure to stand out amongst the competition. Competing in the Pro-Am category of the championship, Archie will be looking to set a good pace this weekend during qualifying Saturday prior to the two races on Sunday.

“We had a great day testing at Snetterton on Wednesday which has given both the team and I more confidence going into the weekend. Although I’ve only had one day in the car, I was able to push hard and familiarise myself with it well. I’m really excited to get racing now and see the competition both on and off track. I’m excited to be competing in the Pro-Am championship during this season too.
